If you are searching for residential property or land in the Greater Houston Area, your first and only source should be HAR.com. It is the only MLS that is always up to date. Sites like Zillow and Trulia pull data from their only source...HAR.com, but many times, those updates are delayed (sometimes by days) and information has been known to transfer over incorrectly. So many times, my clients send over a listing from Zillow that they love only to find out that it is no longer available. So sad. Save yourself the heartache and employ HAR.com.
